Not every closing goes according to plan.
Yesterday brought unexpected, last-minute issues, hours of delays and plenty of additional paperwork. Long after the office had emptied, I was still copying, scanning, communicating and doing everything I could to help move my buyer’s closing forward.
We finally completed the signing around 8:00 p.m.
Because every buyer deserves the same level of care, communication and commitment—at every price point.
For me, being a REALTOR® isn’t about the size of the transaction. It’s about the person who trusted me to guide them through it.
The keys are in my buyer’s hands, and I’m continuing to monitor the final details through funding and deed recording.
Sometimes means celebrating with a picture-perfect closing photo.
Other times, it means being the last one in the office—and making sure your client never feels like they’re facing the unexpected alone.
