When I had my first serious job interview after graduating college for a major accounting firm the interviewer ask me what I thought the job was about? After a few tries and not getting the answer he said we’re looking for problem solvers. I realized that has a lot of value. It has served me well throughout my career. When I transitioned into becoming a real estate agent I soon realized this was Paramount. Dealing with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders etc was really difficult. I’m proud today that I was able to solve a very tricky situation. I saved a deal for my buyers. It was all about thinking outside the box solving every issue that came our way. No pat on the back. Just personally a rewarding day. I start again tomorrow doing it all over again for someone else.
