A few years ago, we purchased and completely renovated this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in a boutique building just 1.5 miles from the beach.

When it was time to sell, the buyer was a father who purchased the condo for his son while he attended college.

Fast forward a few years, his son has graduated, and when it was time to sell, that same father called HIP Real Estate to list the property.
