t the local real estate market, listings and housing trends. Prior to entering real estate, TJ attended Towson University in Towson, Maryland where he studied business and Marketing. He rebranded and grew a local seafood distributorship in the Baltimore / Washington, DC region. During his years with Tony’s Seafood Inc., he honed his customer service and technology skills, eventually transferring his talents and passions to the Real-Estate industry. Having built and geared the South Sands Home Team’s marketing campaign to provide superior customer service, they:
1.) Utilize social media to market client properties through Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
2.) Target and reach specific demographics and geographical areas (the Midwest, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Canada).
3.) Developed an interactive website that updates property listings on a daily basis and communicates these updates to clients through email alerts. The website also provides free market reports on current sale prices for specific neighborhoods and cities. Additionally, there is a home valuation tool for site visitors to determine their home’s potential value. TJ is proud of his company’s values and uses it as a guiding principle to guard the company’s customers’ legal and monetary interests. When facilitating the acquisition of New Home Construction, he sees his role as being a direct liaison between his clients and the builders’ representatives. These services are free of charge and assist home buyers to understand the builders’ contracts and terms.
