You always have two choices:

Run from it
Or face it

Here’s how to deal with fear the Stoic way:

Pause before reacting
↳ Fear is often instant and emotional
↳ Give yourself space to think
Focus on what’s real
↳ Most fears are imagined
↳ Separate facts from stories
Take small steps forward
↳ You don’t need to leap
↳ Just move one step
Accept discomfort
↳ Growth always feels uncomfortable
↳ That’s the point
Act anyway
↳ Courage isn’t no fear
↳ It’s action despite it
