Did you know West Boca has an equestrian side? 🐴

When you think about Boca Raton, you might picture beaches, beautiful homes, shopping and country clubs.

But head further west and you’ll find something completely different: larger properties, horses, riding facilities and open spaces that give you a little more of that country feeling.

That’s one of the things I love about living in West Boca. I can have all the restaurants, shopping, schools, parks and conveniences nearby, while still finding places where life feels a little slower and more peaceful.

After more than 30 years of living here, I’ve learned that there isn’t just one West Boca lifestyle. There are so many different ways to live here. You just have to know where to look.

🌿 Local Food Spotlight: Rosalia’s Botanical Café

Have you checked out Rosalia's Botanical Cafe in West Boca yet? ☕🌸

I stopped by recently and thought this was such a cute spot to add to the local list. It has a really pretty botanical feel, and there’s a little bit of everything on the menu: coffee and specialty lattes, matcha and ube drinks, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, waffles, and open-faced toasts.

They also have some fun specialty drinks if you’re in the mood to try something different. I spotted flavors like coconut rose, chocolate lavender, honey pistachio, ube, and butterfly pea. 💜

🌦️ Thinking about moving to South Florida? Here’s one West Boca rule you’ll learn quickly: Don’t trust the weather app! 😂

In the summer, you might see thunderstorms in the forecast all day, only to look outside and see beautiful blue skies. Then suddenly, it pours for 20 minutes and the sun comes right back out.

That’s South Florida! ☀️🌴 We keep an umbrella nearby and keep living our lives.
