Today was the second part of a two-part transaction for these amazing clients! We closed on their new home last week and today we officially closed on the sale of their previous home. 🎉
I am so grateful to have clients who truly trust me on both ends of the process and allow me to guide them through every step. Coordinating two transactions, making sure the timelines lined up, and getting them from one home to the next was definitely a team effort, but we made it happen! 🙌
And my favorite part? Their words as they left their previous home:

Sometimes all it takes is the right plan and the right Realtor.
My client called me on a Friday, and that same afternoon I sent him homes that matched exactly what he was looking for. We narrowed it down to 7 homes, and because he was coming in from out of town, we scheduled all of the showings for the only day he could make it, Wednesday.
By that weekend we were UNDER CONTRACT... and not just under contract, we negotiated $20,000 below the asking price!🙌
This is why I always say, it matters who you work with.

These clients came to me as a referral from someone I helped close on their dream home just last week, and that makes moments like this even more meaningful.
