Some closings are about a house.

Some are about saying goodbye.

Today was one of those days.

We had the privilege of helping our client sell their family's home. It was an estate sale, and while we're grateful it found the right buyer in just five days, that's not what we'll remember most.

We'll remember how wonderful their son was to work with after being referred to us by a friend. We'll remember seeing him and his sister together at the closing table. And we'll remember knowing that after the paperwork was signed, they were headed back to the house for one last goodbye.

Homes hold so much more than furniture. They hold birthdays, holidays, laughter, tears, and years of memories.

To the new owner, we hope you enjoy bringing your vision to this home and creating memories of your own.

And to this family... thank you for trusting us with such an important chapter. It was an honor to be part of your story. ❤️
