Now is the PERFECT time to buy a house, here’s why 👇🏼

Interest rates are relatively high compared to the past few years, but experts predict they will come down. When rates decrease, more buyers will be out on the playing field. If you try to buy a home when interest rates come down, there may be more competition for home buyers, causing house prices to increase.

The perfect time to buy is now because there are a lot of houses on the market compared to buyers, and more and more sellers are contributing to closing costs, lowering house prices, or helping buy down buyer interest rates.

Date the rate, marry the house! Buy the house if your dreams now and refinance when interest rates come down. I hope this helps!

Moral of the story: get pre-approved before you start your home search! Your realtor should have a few lenders you can choose from to find the best rate. I recommend getting at least 3 different pre-approval letters from 3 separate lenders…not all lenders are the same!
