Well, this doesn’t happen every day… or apparently every few decades! 😂⛳

Today I got a HOLE-IN-ONE while playing with great friends at Tapatio Springs Golf Course!

As a Realtor, I’m always talking about finding the perfect location. Turns out I finally found one on a golf course—the bottom of the cup! 🎯

I may not hit every fairway, but today I accidentally nailed the most important shot of the day. Don’t worry, I’ll be replaying this story for the next 20 years… minimum. 😆

Think You Need 20% Down to Buy a Home? 🏡 Not necessarily.

One of the biggest myths in real estate is that you need a huge down payment to get started. In reality, many buyers qualify with as little as 3% down, and plenty purchase with less than 10% down. You'll also want to budget for closing costs, which are typically around 2% to 5% of the purchase price.

✅ Rough estimate: Most buyers need somewhere between 7% and 15% of the purchase price upfront.
