I sure miss the days when journalists had to only report facts and the internet wasn’t there to spread misinformation like wildfire. Today anyone can write anything at all, people read it, believe it and repeat it with their own slant on it. Kind of scary if you think about it. Yes there was a $418 million settlement announced by NAR that will bring some change to the way we operate our business. The changes are not going into effect until July so a lot is still unknown to us but we aren’t running out and getting new jobs- don’t you worry! There is still an important value to having PROFESSIONAL representation when you buy or sell a house. We are happy to discuss what that value is with anyone who wants to hear what we do day and night for our clients. And , we are happy to discuss our experiences and what we know about the settlement. Just please remember- every word you read out there is not necessarily accurate.
