Well, in the world of real estate, things don't always work out the way you want them to. Unfortunately, the lender backed out two days before closing because they decided they did not want to finance this particular type of condo. That's OK, I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason and I cannot wait to see what new door opens.

We are making progress at The Container Retreat @ 290 Wine Trail. The 12 containers are in place and being finished on the inside. We hope to be open sometime in November.

Delays have kept us from being able to open when we wanted, but we are still plugging along and hope to open both locations in November. Stay tuned!
