If I buy a hundred acres in Edwards County, are the axis and aoudad mine?

On low-fenced land, no. They're free-range, they belong to nobody, and they move with the season, which is what makes the county's hunting what it is. On a high-fenced operation, it depends on the structure. Broken Skull Ranch is 100± acres inside a 2,850-acre high-fenced ranch where a consulting biologist sets harvest quotas and the owners sit on a wildlife committee; the game is shared and managed, not owned per tract. Elk Camp Retreat, 26± acres at $119,000, is the low-fence version: whatever walks through is fair game that day.

The perimeter is a mix of high game fence and low fence. Three blinds and three feeders convey, wildlife waterers are in, and the shooting lanes are cleared.

The cabin is 500± square feet, one bedroom, sleeps four, with a full kitchen and a covered porch, and it conveys furnished. That is the whole house, and for a camp it is enough. A private electric well, power on the property, and strong cell service back it. The acreage rolls gently to hilltop and ridge views through cedar and brush, partially cleared, with senderos cut and dirt roads through it.
