Our next 24 hour home inspection program for home inspection licensees who wish to meet their continuing education in New York State for Licensed HomebInsoecting, the course program is comprised of a 21 hour healthy home class in which energy components and healthy home nsoecting is discussed. We are pleased to use HYD manuals as part of the program. The last 4 hours is a Mold Class in which we explain how to inspect a home and how to sample for home using air sampling equipment and Z5 canisters. The rule is minutes and set it tob5 liters of air infiltration per minute for the 5 minute test. Sounds simple, but it is our job to properly sample and send the samples in to he lab, such as prolab or emsl. Http://www.merrellinstitute.com
