Ended a busy work week on a high with an incredible Friday in Spartanburg! 🍾🎉

I started the day at the Piedmont Club for our company awards ceremony, where I was recognized as the #1 agent at Century 21 Blackwell for gross closed commissions and sales volume for 2025. I was also honored to receive the Centurion Award for the second year in a row from Century 21 Corporate.

Next stop was a long-awaited closing at Henderson, Brandt & Vieth. This buyer went under contract in Greenwood back in November, and after months of delays tied to the sale of his home in New York (the armpit of the country 😅), Kevin is officially a South Carolina homeowner! We stuck with him, he believed in us, and in the end everything came together perfectly.

We wrapped up the day celebrating the 10th Dancing with the Spartanburg Stars! My dear friend Megan Pate was dancing, and so many friends and colleagues came together to party with a purpose—raising over $1,000,000 for the Cancer Association of Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. I’m always blown away by the generosity of my sweet friends Ann & Jimmy Hunt, the presenting sponsors of the event. My bonus parents Karen and Gordon Floyd were amazing as always, and my mama was the best date ever.
