A few questions have came in recently and they were repeated. I wanted to take a moment and just post some common repeat questions I have been receiving.
1.) Yes...There is financing available for manufactured homes in parks, rented land (lot rent), on land, on wheels, on foundations and regardless of age of the home. The type and selection of loans available depends on each home. Interest rates are based on the home and credit factors.
2.) Yes...There are still homes available for less than the cost of renting in the treasure valley.
3.) Yes...I do work with first-time buyer, sellers, homes, land, new builds, vacation properties, investment properties, foreclosures, short sales and even some time shares.
4.) Yes...I offer free home buyer education services. Meaning..I will walk you through the steps and minimize the stress and risks involved.
5.) Yes...I do my best to NEVER charge a buyer for my services..I only ask to be allowed to negotiate with the seller to compensation for my services. I never get paid a cent until closing. So basically I work for free for 99% of all buyers.
