Spring is in the air and the March market stats are here!

🔑 There is an increase in inventory in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. This is to be expected with the uptick of seasonal activity in the housing market.

🔑 Increased inventory is good news for buyers, as that means more properties to consider in their home search. However, buyers need to move fast in making offers because Days on Market is still low, averaging between 2-3 weeks.

🔑 Demand is still high, causing home prices to steadily increase, up an average of 22% since March 2021.

👉I was born and raised in Boise and grew up on a ranch in the foothills.

👉I’m the lucky mom of two amazing girls & two adventurous boys. I also adore my Goldendoddle pup.

👉My dream of having a career in Real Estate came true in 2021 when I became a Realtor. I’m passionate about helping families make Idaho “home”.

👉My favorite season is summer. Camping in the gorgeous Idaho mountains is my very favorite thing to do!

👉I love working in my garden, barbecuing with friends and family, and dancing to loud music.

👉I love to eat chocolate cake, especially if it has rainbow sprinkles.
