On May 23, 2025, a gentleman signed up on my website with a dream of relocating his family from Oregon to the Treasure Valley.

Almost one year later, after multiple trips to Idaho, many conversations, a lot of searching, and a whole lot of patience… we finally got him and his family under contract. 🏡

Over the past four days alone, we toured 23 homes from Twin Falls to Middleton. We searched, we prayed, we evaluated, we adjusted, and then we found it — the home that checked the boxes and felt right for their future.

Real estate is not for the faint of heart. And if it were, I probably would have fainted about nine months ago. 😉 But at the heart of this work is something I never take lightly:
This is someone’s life.
Their family.
Their future.
Their dream of home.

This morning, I feel incredibly grateful for this precious family who drove home close to midnight last night with peace, excitement, and hope for what’s ahead.

Hard work, tenacity, professionalism, and a heart for people matter. I am blessed to do this work, and even more blessed to have an amazing team that always puts our clients first.

What a wild ride the past two months have been! 🏡✨
4 homes sold • 2 pending • $3,693,990 in volume • $8,183,990 YTD

Since returning from Uganda in August, life hasn’t slowed down one bit: 3 trips to Washington, 1 to Arizona for baseball, and a week in Coeur d’Alene for the real estate convention. It’s been fast and furious, but every moment has been filled with purpose and gratitude!

I’m beyond thankful for the trust my clients, friends, and family place in me — helping families find homes, secure investments, and start new chapters here in Idaho is such a privilege.

And to top it off… making the Million Dollar Club with Silvercreek 3x this year! 🙌
