Hello old friends! Remember me?? a lot has changed in the past few years! I moved to Boise almost 6 years ago. I got my real estate license but I hated that so I’m not doing that anymore. 😬🥹😆

About a year and a half ago I started making videos on TikTok and that turned into something pretty cool. I’m now what they call a TikTok shop affiliate, meaning I make videos reviewing products and people buy those products and I get a commission. It has worked out very well for me! In fact, I even recently got nominated for a TikTok shop award! It’s pretty crazy really.

I might be repurposing this page to be more in line with what I do on TikTok. I understand if you decide to unfollow me, but I would love for you to stick around. 😊

My client had tried to sell his home for eight months with no luck. I got him under contract in 24 days. I staged the home, had professional photos taken, held open houses, did social media tours, and followed up with agents who showed the property. I persuaded one of those agents to have her buyer submit an offer, even though it was priced higher than the buyer wanted. It came in low, we countered, and got my client an excellent price and a done deal.
