We kicked off the month with a little extra love 💌

Our Summit Crew delivered Valentine’s Day goodie bags to all of our on-site teams — just a small sweet treat to remind them how appreciated they are. Because the people who show up for our residents every single day deserve to feel celebrated, too.

Then we rolled right into Admin Appreciation Week… and made sure our incredible admin team felt the love all week long 💙

Behind every lease signed, every event planned, every report submitted, and every moving piece working seamlessly — there’s an admin making it happen. Their attention to detail, heart for the team, and steady support are what keep everything moving forward.

We surprised them throughout the week with small moments of appreciation for the big impact they make.

It’s the behind-the-scenes magic and the front-line dedication that make TableRock what it is. So grateful for this team. Always.

✨ Looking Back on an Incredible 2025 ✨
As we step into a new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything 2025 brought to TableRock Residential — and most of all, the incredible people who made it all possible.
This year, we were honored to be named a Top Workplace in Idaho, a recognition that speaks directly to the heart, dedication, and teamwork of our amazing crew. 💙
Our Summit Crew showed up in big ways for the communities we serve, leading meaningful initiatives throughout the year, including:
🎒 Donating 30+ backpacks filled with school supplies, plus 3 additional boxes of supplies to students across Canyon, Ada, and Twin Falls Counties in partnership with the Assistance League of Boise and Canyon County Branch
🧥 Collecting 215 coats and additional warm essentials through our Season of Giving to support the Boise Rescue Mission
🥫 Donating over 1,000 canned and non-perishable food items to local food banks
🎄 Gathering 150+ gifts through our Giving Tree for children in the Treasure Valley and Twin Falls via the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program
Beyond giving back, we also hit major company milestones — receiving our Tax Credit Certification, taking on our first Tax Credit asset in Caldwell, and introducing AI tools to support our leasing teams, helping us work smarter while still keeping the human connection front and center.
Every accomplishment this year is a direct result of our passionate, hardworking team members who continue to show up, care deeply, and make an impact every single day. We couldn’t be prouder.

✨ Our 2nd Annual Giving Tree has officially wrapped — and what a gift it’s been. ✨

For the second year in a row, the generosity of our residents and team members made it possible to donate over 150 gifts to the Salvation Army, Angel Tree Program, helping bring holiday cheer to children throughout the Treasure Valley and Twin Falls. 🎁

Being part of the community means showing up for one another, and initiatives like this are a reminder of what’s possible when we come together with a shared spirit of giving. We’re incredibly grateful to be surrounded by people who care deeply about making a difference beyond their front doors.

Thank you for making our Season of Giving so meaningful once again. 💛

Our TRGivesBack Coat Drive has officially wrapped, and wow — what an incredible Season of Giving. 🧥🥫❤️

Because of our amazing residents and community partners, we were able to donate 215 coats plus additional warm essentials (sweatshirts, blankets, and more!) here in the Treasure Valley to the Boise Rescue Mission — and another 20 coats in the Twin Falls market to Valley House.

On top of that, our company-wide TRGivesBack Food Drive brought in over 1,000 food items for local food banks across our communities. Your generosity is making a real impact for families who need a little extra support this holiday season.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, and helped make both drives such a success. This community continues to show what it means to take care of each other — and we’re so grateful to be a part of it. 🧡🙌

🎄✨ It’s that special time of year again! ✨🎄
We’re thrilled to continue our annual partnership with the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program from November 18th through December 10th. This tradition allows our communities to come together and make the season a little brighter for children in need right here in our area.
How to participate:
🎁 Stop by the leasing office of any TableRock Residential managed property to select an Angel Tree tag—each tag represents a child and includes their holiday wish list.
🎁 Purchase a gift (or several!) to help make their season magical.
🎁 Return your unwrapped gifts to the property leasing office during regular business hours by December 10th.
Your generosity can bring joy, hope, and holiday magic to a child who needs it most. Let’s unite as a community and make this season truly meaningful!
