Breaking Ground Property Management is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the prepration of generating, submitting and reconciling regularly scheduled reports
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems
-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
-Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Provide polite and professional communication
Requirements:
-2 to 3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-High school diploma or equivalent
***Hours are part-time Monday to Friday 9am-2pm / $17 an hr
