Sold! Another awesome couple added to our Idaho family. A fun story about Andy and Laura. About 4 years ago on a snowy winters evening up in a canyon community. I got a call from Laura asking to look at a home. I had never met them before, but I jumped in my car and brought my snow shovel and drove through the snow to the house. As they pulled up I was finishing shoveling the walk for them to get into the home. Laura said at that moment she knew I would be her realtor. Over the years she continued to look at listings on my site, but time made me forget. Laura did not. Earlier this year she messaged me and said ‘remember me’ and reminded me of the story on how we met. Like most realtors I almost surely had the thought that the initial showing didn’t pan out and I had lost an opportunity. What an amazing feeling it is to have someone come back years later and use you because of the small effort and time you invested previously. It’s a good reminder to be grateful and always do the little things. If you think it’s not making a difference you haven’t given the plan long enough to work.
