and I just closed on our first out of state rental property! We were able to use creative finance to give the seller options they weren’t seeing from other buyers, put more money in their pocket than our competition, and took over their mortgage payments along the way.

What set us apart was having the knowledge/tools to solve these problems- while other buyers were trying to force their solution and fit a square peg into a round hole. Provide value/solutions to others, help them to their goals, and watch it come back 10X in return. 🙏 God is good! 🏠🏠🏠

This fun fact is what originally caught my interest in real estate. It was the commonality I saw shared among anyone successful or wealthy.

That led to listening to 15hrs of podcasts/books daily(while working a construction job)for almost 2 years trying to learn the process and rules of the game to get out of the rat race. From there I was able to start putting that knowledge into action and took that leap of faith- which changed my life. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Stick to the manuscript, have faith and participate in the process.
