Are you as curious as I am about the new subdivisions popping up in the Treasure Valley? I keep my eye on it for 2 reasons:
1. I moved here to get some space away from the overpopulation of Orange County.
2. I am always watching for the new homes that pop up and which direction they are going. It is a good indicator of where the growth, ie. new shopping centers, hotels, schools, etc. are going to start developing.

According to LandproDATA, the supply of residential lots have increased BUT builders are holding off on pulling permits to build and incentivizing to buy the finished homes to control their inventory.

Here is a snapshot of what the numbers look like per town.

Say whaaaaa???

Rates dropped over 0.5%. which means.....savings of over $500 per month on a $500,000 loan!!!

Remember when you went away for the week to camping and learn in school? I did mine if 6th grade and I remember tidbits of it.

I remember my Mom sending me mail packets filled with candy and love notes. I remember there being a dance and I desperately wished that my crush would ask me to dance. And I remember the trees. I adore trees.

I have always said and still say that the private Catholic school my kids go to is the best school they have ever been to and I am so grateful to be a part of this community.

They upload photos to keep the parents updated and true to form, Devon has a scowl on his face just like when he was a toddler!

Since we are designing our backyard right now I came across this inspiring photo!

While the photo isn't the best, I am in love with the concrete "couch". You don't have to worry about bugs making homes in it and if you get great comfy cushions, you are set!
