A new $800 million dollar data facility is coming to the Treasure Valley! What are your thoughts on this new addition?

It would appear that Boise and the surrounding areas will continue to grow and the housing market will stay hot for the foreseeable future.

The company, formerly known as Facebook, is set to break ground on the 960,000 square-foot data center in September, with construction expected to wrap up in 2025.
