Wooohooo! I closed on my first cash out refinance today!

Some of you may know I’m not just a Realtor and property manager, but also an active investor in Boise Real Estate.

So, today I committed to the next step of the investment model that I love telling my clients about. It’s called the BRRRR system coined by at Bigger Pockets.

BRRRR stands for BUY, REHAB, RENT, REFINANCE, REPEAT.

I bought my first duplex at the end of 2018. Over the years I did a few rehab projects like new paint, flooring, and kitchen cabinets all while my renters paid the mortgage. Over time, the duplex appreciated. I decided now was the right time to refinance the property. So, I pulled out equity through a cash out refinance in order to set myself up to repeat this process and buy another investment!

I want to share my experience and hopefully help my friends get involved in investing using this system! Message me to learn more about the BRRRR real estate investment model!
