This week was a busy one! So excited for my clients that are now first time homeowners! We had a bit of a bump in the road at the beginning of the week and I was not sure if we would be able to close this week but these clients put in the WORK to push this through along with the best title team really fighting for us! Shoutout to Whitney Scott and her team at First American Title, when they are on your side you know you will get to the finish line ❤🎉 Thanks to this amazing team and my clients we were able to keep their schedule with their movers and out of their rental and into their brand new home! So grateful for these repeat clients and so happy to see them as homeowners again! These guys were troopers! We toured so many homes and had a few offers rejected but now we have found them the place that has the perfect kitchen and outside space they were looking for. 🎉 Sold! 🎉 I know I do it every time and brag about how amazing my clients are but truly every transaction I am just blown away by the people I get to work with! The sellers really listened to me and the market and got their adorable home under contract with multiple offers within two days! Because of all of their hard work and determination they got their home ready to put the best foot forward and priced right the first time and were able to close within three weeks! I am so impressed by them!
