Local electrical officials don't want us removing panel covers to inspect anything inside. On this one year warranty inspection, I discovered the electrician forgot to tighten these two terminals, and there has been some arcing and overheating. This is why I don't care what they have to say about it.

Condensation from your air conditioner drains through a PVC drainpipe such as this one, to the exterior. This installer's first mistake, was running the drain below the joists, then expecting water to run uphill to the exterior termination. Then, came the brilliant idea of adding a clean-out just inside that termination, with an opening that is lower than the drain level at the exterior. Guess where the water goes?
