There were 1225 active home listings and 119 new homes for sale in Salem, OR.
Homes in Salem, OR were selling for a median price of $450,000 in July 2022.
On average, homes in Salem, OR sell after 32 days on the market compared to 213 days last year.
821 homes were sold in Salem, OR in July 2022, up from 611 last year
