This was my first real deal that got me started back in April of last year. This has been a long time coming. The day the lease starts is my 2nd favorite day of doing a deal. Love seeing it all come together and happy for client to gain access to space to start getting set up. My #1 favorite day is the day the business owner opens for their first day of business in the location and business starts pumping. 15,000 sq/ft of new space.
