This was one of those months that honestly just makes you sit back for a second.

June was a record setting month for The Eissa Group.

This was our biggest month to date of people who have closed on the purchase or sale of their home!!!

Genuinely none of this happens without people continuing to trust us, refer us, support us, and give us the opportunity to help with something as big as buying or selling a home.

Every person had their own story or current situation to work through whether it was because they were relocating from another military base to Idaho, selling their home and upgrading as their family is growing, or purchasing an investment, it’s always an honor to be apart of their story.

I’m extremely grateful for every client, every referral, every person who supports what we’re building, and everyone who has trusted The Eissa Group to be a part of their story.

June was a strong month, but more than anything, it was a reminder that the work matters.

This was a HUGE Record breaking month for The Eissa Group.

I truly can’t believe how far we’ve come and what a way to start off the 2nd quarter!

This month was filled with families relocating from all over the world to Idaho, selling their homes for the first time and situations that weren’t easy but we found a way to make them happen.

I appreciate every single person who trusted us, referred us, or even just tapped in and supported what we’re building, there’s entire real estate teams out there that don’t even come close to this type of month!

That’s the only reason numbers like this even exist as always I appreciate you guys and thank you all!

Always gonna stand on this… take care of people and people will take care of you.

How is the first quarter already over 😅

I had homes first time buyers locking in their soon to be homes, new hot listings hitting the market and going under contract within 48 hours and closings happening all at the same time.

I’ll be real with you the market right now isn’t dead, ESPECIALLY heading into the spring/summer season this is when we see things pick up and I’m feeling it!

For sellers if the homes that are priced right and marketed right they’re moving the ones that aren’t are sitting.

Same thing on the buyer side, The people who are willing to do what it takes are locking in homes.
