This was a HUGE Record breaking month for The Eissa Group.

I truly can’t believe how far we’ve come and what a way to start off the 2nd quarter!

This month was filled with families relocating from all over the world to Idaho, selling their homes for the first time and situations that weren’t easy but we found a way to make them happen.

I appreciate every single person who trusted us, referred us, or even just tapped in and supported what we’re building, there’s entire real estate teams out there that don’t even come close to this type of month!

That’s the only reason numbers like this even exist as always I appreciate you guys and thank you all!

How is the first quarter already over 😅

I had homes first time buyers locking in their soon to be homes, new hot listings hitting the market and going under contract within 48 hours and closings happening all at the same time.

I’ll be real with you the market right now isn’t dead, ESPECIALLY heading into the spring/summer season this is when we see things pick up and I’m feeling it!

For sellers if the homes that are priced right and marketed right they’re moving the ones that aren’t are sitting.

Same thing on the buyer side, The people who are willing to do what it takes are locking in homes.

Story time!

This amazing client of ours reached out last week and told me she was ready to buy her first home as she gets ready to move out from her current rental situation because the lease was expiring.

We started looking for a home and nothing was checking the boxes for the perfect scenario we needed to make it happen. We came across this home that was listed for $330,000 and I told her I know we can make it happen!

We came in $15,000 below asking AND got all closing costs covered by the seller after some back and forth for a GRAND TOTAL of $24,450 negotiated!!!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS 🍾

On the left this amazing lady was referred to us by her daughter who had recently worked with The Eissa Group to purchase a home! We were able to negotiate ALL her closing costs to be covered by the seller and get money back at closing!

On the right this hilarious couple we get to work with just came from overseas (Germany to be specific) and took on a position here and are getting ready to move into their forever home! We couldn’t be more excited to help them make this happen and see what they do to make it theirs once we cross the finish line!
