It's been a busy week! This darling home also went pending in the first weekend and had multiple offers. So much for the "market crashing". Not in Boise it's not!

This happened so fast, I didn't even have time to list as new listing. Now it's a pending listing with multiple offers within the first three days on market. And a very happy seller with an accepted offer at 30k over list price

This one felt extra special! I got to work directly with the buyer on the sale of my latest renovation project (my favorite one so far!). He is SO excited to make this darling little place his home sweet home. I knew the minute he walked in and I saw his eyes light up that he was meant to be my buyer. 🏡 ❤️ 🏠
Congratulations Lance!!

Yahoo! My cute little project will be home to a lucky new owner (pending inspection). So excited. The buyer absolutely loves it. He even asked for the bike to be included (I agreed to part with it).

She's done! And as cute as a button!

I am in love with how this little darling turned out. Check out my latest renovation project. From ugly ugly duckling to sweet, beautiful swan! I would totally live here! Location just cannot be beat. Steps to one of our city's most beautiful parks/urban recreation areas and quick Boise River access. Who do you know that might want to buy this little gem? Would be an incredible Airbnb!
