Let’s talk ZESTIMATES … 🤔

I wish I could count how many times I have had to explain to someone why the “zestimate” is not accurate. An algorithm can NOT price your home accurately but a licensed Realtor CAN. 🙋🏻‍♀️

When I go to appointments, I can “touch and feel” what is inside a home. I can see the kitchen renovation you’ve done, the additional square feet you have added, or any other items that bring value to your home. An app simply does not have that capability. 🚫

When it comes to buying or selling your home, losing the human element of it is a HUGE mistake, which is what these tech companies are trying to do (and failed). Buying and selling a home is very personal. It is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. So I try extremely hard for all of my clients to give them superior service and show them that I care and will do everything I can to protect them throughout the process.
