Hi 👋🏽 Nice to meet you
I’m Yael, born and raised on Oahu, Hawai’i and now living in Meridian, Idaho. After making the move in 2021 I wanted to help others looking to settle down in this same place. It’s home for me and I hope you too.
I started in Real Estate after barely turning 17 as an assistant to a Luxury Realtor in Hawai’i. I learned what top dollar clients were looking for and how to help. After some time, I went into banking and loved helping people in all different financial situations. It was extraordinarily eye opening and taught me how to tailor communication to certain situations.
Fast forward, I pick up and move to McCall. I quickly learned how to plow snow and drive a 4x4 🤪 What an adventure it was to get my bearings. I knew I wanted to stick with real estate so I found myself as an Escrow Assistant, learning every single in and out of transactions.
Now, I spend my time around the treasure valley and more specifically ✨ MERIDIAN ✨ NOT ALL NEIGHBORHOODS ARE BUILT THE SAME — some are just better 😉
I teach in PreK on Sunday mornings and what an opportunity it is getting to know young, growing families. It’s so exciting to hear what families are up to in Meridian, and helping them find new spots to take their kids.
Snowboarding - I go every chance I get. I’m not the best, I’m not doing 540s off the big fat jumps, but dang do I enjoy some fresh powder with my friends.
“Who can I make dinner for??” That’s what I ask myself a couple times each week. I love hosting and sharing new creations with others.
