Just toured this dreamy, cozy single-story in the Whitehurst Subdivision in Eagle, Idaho (built by Zach Evans Construction), and I literally cannot stop thinking about it. The vibe is everything.

First of all—the natural light?? Unreal. Every space feels so intentional and open, like the house is just glowing all day long. And the cabinets?? Stunning. The tones are warm but still fresh and modern, with that perfect balance of cozy and elevated.

I’m also living for the color palette—soft, warm neutrals that make the whole home feel inviting without being boring. It’s giving peaceful, it’s giving “I never want to leave,” it’s giving Pinterest board come to life 🤍

Honestly, this is exactly what I think of when I say a home should feel as good as it looks. 10/10 no notes.

Wow!…Just…Wow! There are so many cool nods to the mid-century design but they snuck them in with a new modern flare!! Great work ! I’m so happy I got to see it furnished with my friends so we could all freak out together! You need to see it too! And you can at the Fall Parade of Homes 2025. This fantastic home is located in Whitehurst Subdivision in Eagle, ID.

I LOVE the stained slatted wood features throughout this beautiful home! It feels so soft and warm like nature is pouring in from outside. Team it up with the stellar way ZEC brought in natural light from every nook and cranny and you’ve got a winner!!! When can I move in??? :)

This new home by ZEC is like nothing I’ve ever experienced! I’m absolutely not shocked that it’s already sold. Every detail knocked my socks off. It has an enclose-able outside kitchen patio with skylights AND open patio with gas fireplace?!? And even if you forget about the perfect plan layout, the design selections by had me thunderstruck! Take a peek here!!
