We coach people at no charge on how to SAVE their home from foreclosure if its within their means. We also educate our clients that SELL on how to buy again in as little as 30 days after a short sale or foreclosure. That edu

Getting back into traditional residential real estate, with a focus to help home owners update their older home to increase value, add/or remove space for resale or keep as their forever home. I'll do this by example with the renovation and restoration on the 1910 Queen Anne Victorian and 1920 Farm House we bought back in 2015. The goal is to have short how-to-guides on many different aspects of the renovation process as the homeowner. It will be a long process and I'm looking forward to the adventure.
