This is one of my favorite homes to have ever listed, beautiful downtown historic NorthEnd Boise. Approaching our closing date in December!!! I am so happy for the new homeowners and my clients (Sellers) are happy and excited for them too!

Staged, remodeled, landscaped, painted, building furniture, moving furniture, complete designing... we did it all. The creative process was undoubtedly the most enjoyable part of this journey.

Passerby's stopped and asked my landscaping company number. I let them know, I am not a landscaper. I am just the listing realtor and I those hedges need to look sharp!

My clients asked me what is your idea with the basement? I hope not an office. I had another idea, but wasn't sure if they would like it. They loved it! "Speak-Easy" it became.

One neighbor even shared a fascinating piece of history: many years ago, a poker game took place in the basement, and one of the previous owners famously bet the house…yes, he lost. He moved his family out and honored the bet. Stories like this add so much character to homes like this one.

This experience was unforgettable, and I’m so grateful to my wonderful clients and my dear friend Arthur for trusting me to remodel and have so much fun with such an extraordinary property. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed being part of this incredible transformation.
