Real Estate Agent Tifni has lived in the Treasure Valley since 1995. She moved to Boise for a retail management career. by the Ada County Association of Realtors.

With her leadership, client service, hard work and knowledge she was recruited to work for one of the top builders in the state of Idaho in 2003. Tifni's experience and knowledge in the real estate profession includes but not limited to new home construction, residential resale & land development in Ada and Canyon Counties. Tifni and her husband of 15 years share 4 children together and two shi-tzu puppies. They enjoy the empty nester life that includes traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Tifni's hobbies and favorite past times include, college and professional sporting events, shopping, traveling, getting fit , and most importantly being an advocate for the community and being able to participate and contribute to charitable causes. Professionally, Tifni has always led by example, carries her heart on her sleeve and recognizes the importance of creating a relationship above all with her clients. Working relentlessly to create an easy process and have a win/win experience for both sides of a transaction is her goal. Tifni's success is attributed to the relationships she has created and continues to build with her past and present clients. Tifni has consistently been a top-level volume producer with being in the top 1%! . In 2022 she obtained the highest production award for being a Diamond Level Top Producer and in the top 50 in the State of Idaho. Tif's motivation is inspired by her passion and love for the real estate industry.

We had a heartwarming visit from our dear clients, Gary and Vicki, who recently sold their home of over 40 years and embraced a new chapter in their lives by downsizing into a more manageable, easy-living space. 🥰 Gary and Vicki surprised us with handmade gifts—beautifully carved and hand-painted walking sticks for Abbie and me, along with intricately carved animals for our mantles. 🥹 There were tears all around as we opened these thoughtful presents, feeling truly spoiled by their love and kindness.✨

The journey of helping them sell their longtime home was filled with emotions and challenges, and seeing them now, so content and happy in their new home, brings everything full circle for us. 💫 We are incredibly proud to have played a part in their journey, helping them close one door and open another. ❤️
