Birthday getaway shenanigans 🥳☀️

40 for Kenny + 41 for me! A weekend full of pickleball, pool time, margaritas, and one very unwelcome guest… a rattlesnake who apparently didn’t get the memo that this was a private event. 🐍😂

Since the hurricane canceled our Kauai adventure, we decided to bring a little Hawaii to the birthday weekend instead 🌺🌴 And because no birthday celebration is complete without a little Practical Magic, we threw in witch hats, midnight margaritas, and a little magic for good measure. 🧙‍♀️🍹✨

Not exactly the birthday trip we originally planned, yet somehow it turned into one we’ll definitely remember. 💙

Celebrating our thoughtful friends Jenna & Robby. ❤️🥂

What a beautiful journey it’s been watching these two find their way to each other. It all started as neighbors. Robby was the handyman next door who was always willing to lend a hand, always showing up, always there for Jenna. Neither of them saw it at the time, yet the rest of us may have noticed a little something before they did. 😉

Then years later, that spark finally hit them like a freight train, and suddenly they saw what had been quietly there all along. ❤️

There’s something pretty special about watching two people you care about realize they’ve found their person. Jenna and Robby, we couldn’t be happier for you or more excited to watch this next chapter unfold. You complement each other beautifully, and the love, friendship, and joy between you was felt throughout the entire evening.

The national average 30-year fixed mortgage rate rose slightly to 6.71% on September 3, up from 6.66% the previous week. Rates have remained within a narrow range since early August - steady, but not dramatically improving.
On a $400,000 purchase with 20% down, that increase adds only about $10 per month in principal and interest. On an $800,000 purchase it adds about $21 monthly.
