A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Tim Bundgard at The Last Roundup! It was an incredible evening filled with great food, live music, plenty of laughs, and even better company.

After 27 years with Pioneer Title, Tim deserved one heck of a sendoff — and thanks to all of you, he got just that.

Thank you for sharing the stories, raising a glass, tipping your hats, and helping us celebrate the incredible legacy Tim leaves behind.

Get ready to turn up the heat at the 2C Chili Bowl Cook-Off!

Join us October 15, 2026, from 4:00–7:00 PM for an evening of networking, music, and chili tasting. Think your chili has what it takes to claim bragging rights? We’re looking for chili chefs to bring the heat!

There are only 12 chef spots available, so register early by contacting [email protected]. Chef entries are first come, first served, with one entry per office.

Not a chef? No problem! Admission is free for tasters. Come sample the competition, enjoy the festivities, and help support a great cause.

We’ll also have Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice prizes, caricature artist Heidi, and a Staycation Raffle. To participate in the raffle, bring at least 5 lb of dog or cat food.

September 11, 2001 — a day that changed our nation forever.

25 years later, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We remember the courage of our first responders, the strength of our communities, and the unity that brought Americans together in the days that followed.

25 years later, we still remember.
We still honor.
We will never forget.
