We have investigated extensively and can confirm that w**ds do not magically disappear on their own, nor are they considered decorative landscaping features. 🫣

As outlined in your lease, w**d control is the tenants responsibility. If the w**ds are waving at your neighbors, introducing themselves to visitors, or beginning to qualify as small trees, it’s time for action. 👋🏼

A few minutes here and there can save everyone a lot of headaches (and potential lease violations). ⏰
