Eagle, Idaho Market Update — August 2026

July was a strong month for Eagle real estate:

• 118 homes closed
• Median sale price reached $932,425
• New construction recorded a $1,067,400 median
• Existing homes recorded an $860,000 median
• 53 properties sold above $1 million

Nearly 45% of Eagle’s July closings were above $1 million, demonstrating how strongly luxury and new-construction sales influenced the overall median price.

🌎🥈 SECOND IN THE WORLD!

What an incredible accomplishment!

My great-nephew just finished 2nd Place at the Junior Tour Powered by Under Armour World Championship, held at Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

At just 8 years old, he competed in the 9 & Under division against some of the best young golfers from around the world. To finish 2nd in the world at his age is an extraordinary achievement and a testament to his hard work, dedication, and love for the game.

Success like this doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from countless hours of practice, early mornings, perseverance through challenges, and the determination to keep getting better every day.

We’re so proud of the young man you’re becoming—not just for how well you play, but for the character, humility, and sportsmanship you show every time you step on the course.

This is only the beginning. Keep working hard, keep believing in yourself, and keep enjoying the journey. Your future is incredibly bright!

🇺🇸 Looking for something fun to do tomorrow?

Eagle Idaho Fun Days is one of the biggest community events of the year, and it’s a perfect way to experience what makes Eagle so special.

🎉 The festivities begin at 11:00 AM with food, vendors, and family activities.

🚗 The parade starts at 1:00 PM through downtown Eagle, followed immediately by the legendary Wet & Wild Water Fight! 💦 Bring a water gun, wear clothes you don’t mind getting soaked, and be ready to join in—yes, spectators usually get soaked too!

💡 My tip: If you want a good curbside spot for the parade, plan to arrive between 11:00–11:30 AM. You’ll have time to find parking, grab lunch, and enjoy the festivities before the parade begins.

If you’re new to Eagle or thinking about making it your home, this is one of the best days of the year to experience the community.

🐐 I had to do a double take when I drove by!

These goats are
on the job.

Here in Eagle, they’re helping manage weeds naturally, reducing fire risk, and keeping open land healthy, all without noisy equipment or chemicals.

It’s one of those unique things that makes living in the Treasure Valley so special.
