Eagle just hit a major milestone, the median home sales price reached $1 million for the first time ever.

Ada County also saw a record November price overall, with low inventory keeping upward pressure on home prices.

Where we’re seeing the biggest change is in supply. Inventory has been quietly building. As a result, the bar is getting higher. With more homes to choose from & elevated borrowing costs, buyers are being more selective.
