I just want to talk for a minute about these little posts where you see that one of our listings have gone pending within a few days. We've been doing it for so long that I know we make it look easy but there are hours and weeks and sometimes even months that go by from the first time we meet our senior client. In this case, the seller was moving across the United States and there were a lot of logistics in getting his home packed and relocated and I want to thank Jeni Case for being so amazing and accommodating. Then there was the matter of all the leftover contents and that is where Beth Kulani came into the picture with Above and Beyond estate sales. Then there was the professional cleaning, needed repairs, yard maintenance and finally time to have it beautifully staged by 3 Staging Divas. By this time, a couple months has passed by and thousands of dollars have been spent to get this home to the market. Kim and I's listings move quickly because we do all the right things for our clients so they can close an old chapter and open a new one. We love what we do and we are so grateful to get to do it. Thank you to the amazing team I have to lean on. ❤️

If your real estate agent strikes out now and then and seems to experience temporary insanity just give them a hug, maybe some chocolate. They'll be okay eventually. But truly, unless you're in the trenches with us you have no idea the things that we have to work through in the course of serving our clients.
