Property #1: Pending with multiple offers after 8 days on the market.

Property #2: Pending within 2 weeks following a price adjustment

Property #3: Pending in 2 days with one squeaky clean offer.

These three listings have provided further confirmation that correctly pricing a property is crucial in our current market.
