So sometimes it's not straightforward but we get it done anyway.
This home came on the market on a weekend I was camping. My clients had just kind of started looking in Boise and weren't even sure they'd end up here. Their home was not on the market yet.
That weekend, this home got multiple offers so my clients didn't make an offer.
Days later it came back on the market and the agent called me because she knew I had interested buyers. Once again there were multiple offers and they took another contingent offer.
In the meantime, my clients busted their butts to get their current home on the market. They immediately got it under contract and we got in contract on this home.
Yesterday it officially became their new home.
When it became available again the first time and I called my clients to let them know, we talked about "well this just might be your home and everyone else hasn't figured that out yet".
Glad everyone figured it out. Welcome Home.
