A Perfect Home Idaho is hiring again... Director of Operations position. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Director of Operations to join her growing real estate team. This role requires a confident, independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating activities for the team
Overseeing client communication, marketing, and social media content creation
Managing CRM database, organizing contacts, and maintaining marketing campaigns
Planning and executing client events, and supporting real estate transactions
Creating systems and processes to streamline the business
Future growth: Listing and transaction coordination, open houses, inspections, and closings
What We’re Looking For:
Independent, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong technical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
Quick, careful, and accurate in completing tasks
Optimistic with a strong sense of self-discipline
Able to handle pressure and thrive with a variety of tasks
Opportunity for growth and development in the role
Full Time or almost Full time.
