Some nights remind me exactly why I love what I do. 🍂🤎

Our Night at the Farmstead was one of those nights!

There is something so special about bringing our people together. One of my favorite parts is seeing familiar faces I haven’t seen in YEARS, catching up on life, watching families grow, and seeing everyone make memories with the people they love.

Real estate has given me so much more than a career. It’s given me an incredible community of people, and I never take that for granted.

CHAPTER 9: September 🍇

September was delicious in all the ways.

We soaked up the last of summer at the farmers market, had the cutest family date playing mini golf for the first time, celebrated Pride, snuck away to Napa, shared endless meals with amazing food and even better company, and I finally got to meet baby Quinn while celebrating my cousin getting married.

Like… my cup is FULL, y’all.

Favorite Day: It’s so hard to choose, but there was something magical about playing mini golf in the sunshine with my family. I’m realizing my favorite days are almost always the ones where it feels like time stops.

Something I Learned: I think it’s time to get into the deeper work of “slow.”

For nine months, I’ve been clearing the cobwebs little by little. My calendar. My boundaries. My phone. My relationship with work and rest.

But I think I’ve reached the layer underneath all of that: me.

I rush myself. My emotions, my frustrations, my routines, my time. Even when life around me slows down, there’s still an urgency inside me telling me to move faster.

And I’m realizing that’s the part I can’t calendar, delegate, or productivity hack my way out of.

So October is about getting serious about slowing down from the inside out. Gratitude. Reading. Sleep. Better food. Moving my body. Less rushing. More space to actually feel, unpack, and be.

Nine months into the Year of Slow and apparently we’re getting to the good stuff now. 😅

Anyone else realizing the thing they need to slow down might actually be themselves? 🤍

These clients came to me dreaming of more space, a bigger home, and a little bit of country…and we found JUST the thing.

Pinkies up because today is a VERY special day at Ozuna Real Estate. ☕️💗

Not only is it Kelsey’s birthday, but we’re also celebrating ONE YEAR of working together! A whole trip around the sun of keeping my s**t straight, more audio messages than we can count, making executive decisions when we both know I need it, and streamlining our business like an absolute boss.

But beyond how incredibly grateful I am to be in business with her, I’m even more grateful to know her.

Kelsey is an incredible human, a thoughtful friend, and a wonderful wife and mama. She’s the kind of person who brings joy wherever she goes, and my life and our business are genuinely better because she’s in them.

Happy birthday AND happy one year, Kels! Here’s to many more trips around the sun together. . 🥂

23 years old and officially a HOMEOWNER. 🏡🥹

My nephew had a mission to get into real estate young because he sees the vision: buy early, invest in real estate, and start building wealth for his future.

And if he can see that this clearly at 23, I cannot wait to see what he builds from here.

While he’s family, I don’t take his trust in me lightly. This is a BIG first chapter, and I’m so grateful I got to help him make it happen.

And we made this first purchase a good one:
• PRIME location
• Completely turnkey (minus getting that grass a little greener next spring 😂)
• Only $500 out of pocket at closing
• 2-year interest rate buydown to make growing into the mortgage easier

CHAPTER 8: August 🍋🎡

August, you did the MOST.

Birthday month. A record-breaking month in real estate. And apparently we decided to full send the end of summer while we were at it. 🤣

Peach picking, Scottsdale, concerts, Roaring Springs, Urban Air, the fair, Karol G, birthday celebrations, and soaking up the beauty of Boise at the Tree of Life and along the river.

We went hard in business AND in life, and somehow this month didn’t feel like too much. It just felt really, really full.

Favorite Day: I genuinely can’t choose. August felt like squeezing every last drop out of summer to make the perfect lemonade.

Something I Learned: Breaking a personal record in real estate had a lot of people asking me, “How did you do it?”

And the truth is… if I knew the exact formula, I’d close 10 homes every month. 🤣

In real estate, we love trying to make everything mean something. We look for the perfect strategy, the perfect system, the math equation we can repeat. But after 13 years in this business, I keep coming back to the same thing: it’s a people business.

Know people. Care about people. Be really freaking good at helping them when they have a need you can fill. Do it with love, passion, and consistency, and trust that the results will follow.

Sometimes that looks like 10 closings in a month. Sometimes it doesn’t.

Either way, I’m really freaking grateful.

And maybe August gave me another definition of “slow”: slow was never about living a smaller life. It was about being present enough to actually enjoy the big one I’m building. 🤍
