I ♥️LOVE♥️ seeing the increase in inventory! I tell all my buyers that with the increase in inventory, negotiations are possible, no more waiving inspections and appraisals, and it is just making the market more honest!

September has revealed a large increase of active listings in comparison to 2020. While median price has risen dramatically from 2020 to 2021, most of that rise took place in Q4 of 2020 and Q1 of 2021. Since that time, prices have flattened with the increase in available inventory. Time will tell, but we expect to see very modest increases or even slight decreases in price from 2021 to 2022. New inventory means new opportunity for buyers, many of whom were left behind or became discouraged with the competition in 2020 and the beginning of 2021!
