These wonderful buyers made the move to Idaho to be closer to family and now they’re just minutes away from their kids and grandbabies. That’s what it’s all about!

During inspections, we uncovered an issue with a recently installed sump pump that wasn’t done correctly (even though it had been replaced just 3 months prior). With strong negotiation and the right team behind us, we were able to have a brand new system installed properly with correct trenching before closing.

This is exactly why who you work with matters. Not all contractors (or agents) are created equal, and unfortunately we see too many people taken advantage of. Having trusted, knowledgeable vendors can make all the difference.

After years of trying to buy, ups and downs, and a lot of patience… our first-time buyers are officially HOME.
And not just any home, the perfect new construction we were able to negotiate into for them at just the right time.

Their three kids each have their own bedroom for the very first time 🏡 And their daughter? She gets to look out her window at horses every day… which might be our favorite part.
